We hope you find this on line ticketing page useful, but if you have any problems (and sometimes the internet and PayPal servers can be a problem),
please email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com with your name and phone number, and one of our volunteers will contact you.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase tickets on line.  If you need them, there are more instructions below.  Our box office is always open 30 minutes before every show and you can purchase tickets for that performance or any other performace in person at that time.  We perfer you purchase on line when possible.

• There is no seating chart.  Our seating configurations are usually 150 auditorium row seating, or it is table seating it depends on the show, either way you are never more than 10 rows from the stage.
• VIP RESERVED seating means that we assign seating based on best seats available at time of purchase and ADA regulations.  Therefore if you wish to guarantee you'll sit with a friend or group, make sure you purchase ALL your VIP tickets in the same transaction, and we'll do the best we can. 
• GENERAL ADMISSION seating means that your seats are not assigned.  To increase your chances of sitting with your friends, arrive early as a group.  Like a movie theater, you are guaranteed a seat but not a particular seat location.
• On line tickets generally can be purchased until the day of the show unless they sell out sooner. 
• Once advance ticket sales have ended, you may pay at the door.  House and box-office opens 30 minutes before show time.  You can pay for any performance, before any other performance, but we perfer you pay on line if possible.
• For some shows, group discounts available for groups of 20 or more when all the tickets are purchased at the same time. Email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com with the show date, and the number of seats you need, if you want info on group rates.  (No group discounts for Always...Patsy Cline)
• If you have difficulties ordering tickets.  Please email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com and give your name and phone numbers where you can be reached, so we can attempt to get back to you within 24 hours to get your credit card number.  We do not reserve seats without advance payment. 
• If you have special physical needs that require special seating accommodations, please note it at the time of your ticket purchase, and after purchasing your tickets email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com for a confirmation.

• If you need to purchase your tickets "In Person" in advance, we suggest that you come 30 minute early to ANY performance and purchase for the date you'd like.  Make sure the volunteer knows for which show and date you are purchasing tickets. 
• NO PayPal account is needed to complete your purchase.
1. Click on ticket you need to add it to your cart one time. 
2. A new window opens.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, you may need to wait up to 30 seconds for the purchasing window to pop up.  (If you don't see it you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker, or look under your current window for additional windows.)
3. Change any quantities in the quantity box.
4. Click on the "update" link next to the quantity. 
5. Click on the "Check Out" button if you do not have a PayPal account and want to pay with a credit card. 
6. Or you may click on "Pay with PayPal" if you have a PayPal account.

When you purchase a ticket, your seat is held for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, therefore all ticket sales are final.  There are times that if you will contact us before the show, we may be able to change your show tickets to another day.

Occasionally a customer makes a mistake when ordering (for example the wrong date or the wrong quantity).  It is up to you to contact us immediately, so we can help you resolve the error.
