When we have received notification of your payment, we will email you.
We will ask for the following:

• Student's name
• Student's age
• Student or Parent's phone numbers including:
• Day phone
• Night phone
• In case of emergency phone number

Please watch for this email and return it. 

IMPORTANT:  Occasionally people mistakenly give an incorrect email address when paying.  In these cases, we can't contact you.
