Notes from Eric's mom:
In 1997 Eric won the highest award from Duke
University's Talent Identification Program for his 7th grade verbal
performance on the SAT and the State award for his math performance; thus
acquiring the title of "School of Distinction" for his school.
His math team won Best New School; Best Private School;
and 4th place overall for their performance at the regional level, in the
1999 MATHCOUNTS competition.
He attended the Texas Math and Science Academy at the
University of North Texas.
Then received a 4-year academic scholarship to the University
of Texas at Dallas in 2003.
